CLUB DIRECTOR

Playing Experience: Manny played for NJIT from 1990-94

Coaching Experience:    Manny started his coaching career after he graduated from NJIT.  He was the assistant coach for Dave DeNure at NJIT from 1995-1998.  After Coach DeNure left NJIT, Manny took over the Men’s volleyball program at NJIT from 1999-2001.  He also became the head coach of the women’s volleyball team in 2000.  In 1999, Manny was awarded EIVA coach of the year, where his team was also EIVA Division II Champions.  His 1999 team also were runners-up in the EIVA Molten Division I Championships.  Manny also has a long history with Cut Shot VBC.  He has been with the club for 8 years, wining 18s Open Regionals in 2003 and 2005, and coming in 3rd place in 2007 18’s Club Regionals.
